The CHAMPIONFIT App is a health and fitness app to help you reach your goals with Maggie Lira as your personal trainer from your phone. This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your health goals. The app is designed to help transform lifestyles, and people into athletes and athletes into champions. I provide 5 day a week workouts but you can choose how many days per week you would like to train, as day to day compliments each other. I will also be your guide out of the gym, lifestyle choices, with my Lifestyle Seminars. You will be provided with a daily workout and diet tips and tricks, from a library of bonus material to aid in accomplishing your goals. You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Mikeal. This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow. Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are broken down and explained and workout time 25 - 45 minutes. The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges, live sessions, and a community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness & Health first.
